well when youtube takes your music down you could explain that you are using the clips as well as the audio based on and under the use of 1976's copyright act of fair use which is still valid in today's laws meaning they can not remove your audio or video being that it s for viewing purposes on youtube only and non profit. Such as educational use would fall under the same terms.
