NEXT LIEUTENANT AND OTHER NEWS ALL MEMBERS READ

WHO EVER IS INTERESTING in BECOMING our next lieutenant put your in game name and current clan points here in replay.who ever get 100 first get the spot of LT. first page members prefer ed but not limited.(i dont care if you farm and get those points just get it)
also becoming a lieutenant its not just the privilege but its more responsibility so from time to time i would give you something to do,like taking care of the group of ours members and and taking records of how many points they make and if they are active.because we are close to 100 members and i cant manage all of them so i would give 10 members to each LT to make notes about them and report to me every week.also like that is easier to see which members left the clan,every new member is gonna be the part of the LT group whos member left the clan for left.

SO IF LETHALDARK LEAVE THE CLAN DRAFTDODGER NEED TO REPORT THAT TO ME,AND ANY NEW MEMBER THAT IS APPROVED GOES UNDER THE DRAFDODGER COMAND.ALSO IF THE GUY OR GIRL WHO APPLY FOR CLAN HAS NEGATIVE KDR DONT APPROVE HIM JUST CANCEL THE APPLICATION.WE CANT FEEL SORRY FOR PEOPLE JUST BECAUSE THEY APPLIED.NOT EVERY APPLICATION NEED TO BE APPROVED.IF SOME OF MY MEMBERS TELL ME HE IS GOOD I WILL APPROVE HIM BUT IF HIS KDR DONT BECOME POSITIVE IN 2 WEEKS HE WILL BE KICKED OUT BY LEADER OF THAT GROUP OF MEMBERS.ALSO WE HAVE NEGATIVE KDR IN OUR CLAN NOW,YOU GUYS HAVE TO TAKE CARE OF THAT ASAP,EVEN IF YOU ARE LONG TIME IN THE CLAN PLEASE FIX IT SOON OR YOU WILL GET KICKED9I DONT CARE IF YOU FARM TO FIX IT).WE WANT TO REPRESENT THE CLAN IN THE BEST POSSIBLE WAY AND HAVING A NEGATIVE KDR IS NOT ONE OF THOSE WAYS.
