That's nice for laundry but you are posting in a form where lots of others are able to see and read. I do take offence at the usage of such a derogative term that I and my friends/family have fought most of our lives over. Some simple curtesy and thought before posting such stuff so openly would be appreciated - especially from someone that is supposed to be a leader. You want to be respected as a leader then act like one and show respect.
